The conference is designed to assist communities in building strong neighborhood foundations by offering workshops, tours, speakers, and opportunities for neighborhood advocates from small towns to large cities to network and share information.
Corporate and municipal sponsors are vital to the success of this conference. The registration fee, $45 is kept low to provide the opportunity for residents from all income levels to fully participate in this dynamic event.
For your convenience, online conference registration is available this year. Below you will find an explanation for the various registration options.

Conference Registration Options
1) Full Conference Package - Includes Workshops, Tours and Events (See Details Below) - REGISTER NOW
2) Events Only Registration - Select Individual Events - Does Not include entry to the Conference, Workshops or Tours - (See Details Below) - REGISTER NOW

1- Full Conference Package
This year's full conference registration package includes the Welcome Reception with Senator Bob Graham, Taste of North Florida Dinner, Friday Keynote Luncheon, Friday night social, your choice of informative Workshops and a variety of Tallahassee Tours from which to select.
Children who accompany conference goers may register for the Children's Track, which will provide structured activities during the conference. Please note: Workshops and Tours will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Registration for the conference is $45.00. Early registrants will receive multiple chances to win a 52” Toshiba HDTV television.
- The first 100 to register for the conference will receive 10 chances to win.
- The next 500 registrants will receive five chances to win.
- Everyone who registers after the first 600 will receive one chance to win.
2- Individual Event Registration
If you are unable to attend the conference but would like to take part in one or more of the Events at this years conference, you can register for any of five events at a cost of $15.00 each. This year's events include the Welcome Reception with Seator Bob Graham, Taste of North Florida Dinner, Friday Keynote Luncheon, Friday Night Social, and the Closing Luncheon.
3- Exhibitor Registration
If your Business/Organization would like to reserve Exhibit Booth space at this year's Conference, we suggest registering online. Approximately 800 attendees are expected to participate in this 12th Annual Conference. It offers a unique opportunity for exhibitors to reach a large portion of Florida’s population since most of the attendees represent neighborhood associations from around the state. Exhibitor space for the Conference is limited and space will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis.
